House. Late C18. Flemish bond gault brick; tiled roof. Half
basement, 3 storeys, 5 bays. 4 ground and 5 first floor 12-pane
sashes, 5 second floor 6 pane sashes, all recessed under flat
rubbed brick arches. Ground floor has Portland stone perron
stairs with rusticated base with central segmental window with
cast-iron grille work. Damaged area railings, cast iron 'X'
frame panels, balustrade. Wood Doric porch with 2 fluted
rectangular piers, 2 pilasters, trigylph frieze, flat roof, with
Gothick cast-iron balcony railings above. 6 panel raised and
fielded doors, leaded overlight with 3 circles with husk
pendants. First floor has plat band division, eaves have
projecting modillion cornice, plastered, both returned on gables
as plat bonds. Roof with 2 stacks on verged gables. 3 bay rear
facade, central stair bay projection with arched window, all
sashes with glazing bars.
