An early C19 house. 3 storeys and basement faced with cement. Cornice and parapet
and Corinthian pilasters flanking the front. Stringcourse above ground and 1st
floors. 3 windows facing west, 6 facing east with glazing bars intact. Porch
with fluted pilasters and foliated capitals. Good staircase. 2 curved bays on
all floors of east front and trellised wooden verandah with hood on ground floor.
Area railings.
Nos 28 to 30 form a group.
