2 early C19 houses forming a small terrace. 3 storeys, the ground floor above
street level. White brick on an ashlar base. Parapet and eaves cornice. 11
windows in all with glazing bars intact. 3 curved bays containing 3 windows each.
Between them are round-headed windows with iron balconies on the 2nd floor and
small porches with iron mushroom capitals beneath the round-headed windows. No
25 has a double flight of 12 wide steps leading up to the porch. The porch of
No 23 is a verandah as its entrance is on the west side by means of a long trellised
porte cochere.
Nos 9 to 29 (odd) form a group.
