Corner site with Trinity Lane, Dated 1849. 3 storeys in painted brick
with canted corner and low hipped slate roof with very shallow flat eaves
on spaced brackets, 1st floor cill band, Railway Street elevation has
4 windows to 2nd floor, the centre 2 close set, 3 tall 1st floor windows,
1 blocked, and 3 windows to ground floor, recessed sashes, flat arches,
glazing bars to upper floors only, A small modern doorway. The corner
is blind above doorway with dentil cornice and modern door. South front
to Trinity Lane has 3 windows, that in centre of 1st floor has stair light
cutting through returned cill band and having semi-circular head with marginal
and intersecting glazing pattern. Glazed modern door to centre of ground
floor.
