Probably mid C18. 2 storeys in brick with pantile roof. 3 windows, modern
segmental brick arches. 2 windows to ground floor and re-sited shouldered
doorway with bolection moulding and moulded dentil cornice, round-arched
entry with keystone and fanlight with radiating glazing bars: probably
re-used from Hotham House. Door of 6 panels, 4 glazed. Included as part
of a group.
