House. c1807 with C19 and C20 alterations. Cement-rendered brick, incised
in imitation of ashlar. Concrete-tile roof. L-shaped on plan: 2-room
central entrance-hall south front with 2-room wing to rear left. 2 storeys,
3 bays; symmetrical. Quoins. Flight of 5 stone steps with C20 wrought-iron
balustrade to C20 door beneath plain overlight beneath channelled stucco
cambered arch. C20 4-pane ground-floor flush sashes with projecting sills
and channelled stucco cambered arches. First floor: similar windows to side
bays with narrower central sash. Second floor: smaller 4-pane sashes with
plain stucco cambered arches. Plain eaves board. Raised stone-coped
gables. C20 end stacks.
