House. Early C18, with late C18 additions to right and to rear. Brick,
rendered and stuccoed, pantiled roof. Probably end-lobby plan originally.
one storey and attics, 2-window front, balanced elevation. C20 door in
stucco doorcase with pilasters, roundels, anad pediment, flanked by
tripartite sliding sashes with sills under channelled wedge lintels with
raised keyblocks. Swept dormers, with tripartite sliding sashes, to attics.
End and axial stacks, raised gables. The ruins of Bracey Bridge Mill,
adjoining to the left, are not of special interest.
