(Formerly listed as House situated about 100 yards north-west of New House, FRITH COMMON)

House. C17 with mid-C19 alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick and rendered infill and Welsh slate roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west; large external sandstone rubble chimney with tiled offsets and detached brick stack at east gable end. Single storey and attic.

Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight brace at lower corner of west gable end, collar tie-beam trusses with struts and V-strut in apex.

South elevation: ground floor three-light casement with plank weathering. Main entrance in east gable end has a ledged and battened door. Attic lights in gable ends.

Interior not inspected.

Lean-to addition to north elevation.
