House. Early C17 with mid-C19 alterations. Timber-framed, painted brick and rendered infill, brick replacement walling to front elevation painted to resemble timber-framing; plain tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west; large external brick chimney with lean-to bread oven, offsets and rebuilt detached stack at west gable end; single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: two panels from sill to wall-plate; east bay has long straight braces in lower corner at rear; collar and tie-beam trusses at gable ends with two struts to collar.

South front elevation: two ground-floor windows, both with cambered heads and, above, two gabled dormers with bargeboards and finials; all windows are two-light casements; entrance to left of centre has a gabled brick porch, scalloped bargeboards, finial with moulded pendant and ledged and battened door with cambered head. C19 chimney to right side of front roof pitch. Gable ends have bargeboards, finial to west and attic lights.

Interior: winder staircase in west bay.
