Moat bridge. Dated 1827. Cast iron and sandstone. Single-span elliptical
arch with ciruclar and oval framework on spandrels; ornate railings with
scrolled and quatrefoil detail; gate at south end and sandstone abutments
with four steps each side up to planked walkway. At the centre of the bridge,
beneath the parapet on both sides is written, "STOURPORT FOUNDRY" and the
date "1827".
