Villa of circa 1860 probably built by Henry Harris. Three storeys and basement,
three windows. Stock brick sides, greyish brick front. Moderately low pitched
hipped slate roof has end chimneys and eaves soffit with large dentils above stuccoed
frieze. Upper windows sashes with glazed bars in moulded architraves; cornices
and bracketed cills on first floor. Casement windows on banded, stuccoed ground
floor with rusticated quoins. Ten steps to four-panel door, with side lights
and rectangular fanlight, in projecting classical porch with round-arched openings.
