No 32: early-mid C18. 2 storeys, attic and sulk basement, 4 windows.
Squared slated mansard roof with 2 square dormers, replaced sashes with
glazing bars. Stucco with parapet front, bands at cornice and lst floor
levels. Replaced sash windows with glazing bars in near-flush moulded
frames. Similar frame to door of 6 fielded panels, with rectangular
fanlight, under flat, bracketed hood.
No 34: early C18 tall house. 3 storeys and basement, 5 windows. Roof
of 3 parallel hipped ridges at right angles to road, almost concealed
by high parapet. Brown brick with red brick dressings, ie gauged
segmental window arches, jambs and outer courses of bands at lst and 2nd
floors. Some upper brickwork renewed. Replaced sash windows with
glazing bars in flush, moulded frames. On ground floor at left an early
C19 projecting round bow with 3 sash windows with glazing bars under
gauged brick arches. Early-mid C19 6-Panel door has rectangular
fanlight with margin lights in wood modified entablature surround.
Nos 28 to 36A (even) form a group.
