Circa 1836 house, one of a pair with Heath Hill House, Goffers Road (qv).
Stuccoed. 2-storey, 3-bay front facing Heath. Fairly low pitched, hipped
slated roof with wide eaves soffit. Plain reveals to long lst floor
casement windows opening to balustraded balcony above ground floor bow, also
with three long casement windows. Pilasters and simplified entablature to
bow. Long five-bay North-East return with rear wing at right angles. Long
casement windows some with glazing bars. Panelled double door in prostyle
porch with square columns and balustraded sides.
