1803-4, with alterations. Multicoloured stock brick with parapet fronts
concealing roofs. Each 3 storeys and sunk basement, 3 windows. Gauged flat
brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars (some replaced) in stucco lined
reveals. Arcaded ground floors, with windows of Nos 12 and 13 round arched.
Moulded impost string. No 11 has stone 1st floor cill band.
No 11: modern door, with cornice head and patterned rectangular fanlight, in
panelled reveal. Prostyle porch with rounded dentils to columns and cornice.
Narrow, 3-storey l-bay left extension and l-storey, l-bay right extension.
No 12: late Cl9 Doric porch filled with brick and stucco. 6-panel door with
plain rectangular fanlight. Wrought iron area railings. Narrow 3-storey right
extension.
No 13: altered 6-panel door, with patterned fanlight, in arch like window arches.
Wrought iron area railings. Narrow 3-storey left extension.

Nos 10 to 15 (consec) and Forecourt Walls form a group.
