Late C19 5 piers with 2 single outer gates and central double gates. Tall Portland
stone piers of grouped flat pilasters with incised stylized floral motifs, angle
shafts on acanthus leaf bases and surmounted by cast iron vases. Spiked iron gates
with roundels with winged horse motif (badge of Inner Temple). Similar pier at
neighbouring east corner of gardens.
