By Sir Edward Lutyens. Grey brick with red brick dressings and tiled roofs.
Two storeys and attics with hipped dormer. Although one block the facade is broken
forward and back and the roofline also changes. The whole is similar to Nos 2-8
(even) opposite but the treatment is reversed (qv). Queen Anne detailing, sash
windows, etc. Three part massing with the centre projecting as a hipped feature.
