Farmhouse, now in advanced state of decay. C16 or early C17. Sandstone
rubble, part stone slate roof, part corrugated metal. L-plan facing south-
east with wings aligned north-west/south-east and north-east/south-west,
entrance in south-east gable end, later additions to rear, stack at junction
of wings and further stack at north-west gable end. South-east front: two
storeys, gable end of wing to right with one window opening on ground floor
to right of forward projecting later gabled porch, wooden framed inner door-
way with battened door, single-storey adjoining wing to left with one 3-light
mullioned window (lighting byre) to left of square-headed doorway and 4-pane
casement to right. Interior: largely inaccessible but contains traces of
former internal timber-framed partitions.
