Circa 1830, a 2 storey 3 bay semi-detached stucco villa. Plinth, first floor
sill band; incised coursing to ground floor; bed mould to shallow flat eaves
of low pitch gable end slate roof; red brick band corniced chimney stacks.
Revealed 4 x 4 pane sash windows with 3 x 4 pane above central doorway, incised
flat arches on ground floor. Round arched doorway with lightly incised triple
keystone, containing in antis: thinly fluted half columns supporting plain
cornice beneath blind fanlight of fanned shell pattern under fluted archivolt,
the door of 4 panels framed in turn by a reeded case.
