Walkers Heath Farmhouse, Barn and outbuildings form a group. An early site
probably relating to the home of William de Walker, named in a mid C13 rental
for the manor of King's Norton. The farm house consists of two 2 window sections,
that to the north latter, of 2 storeys, the south end of one and a half storeys.
Retiled gable end roofs but with uneven ridge line indicating old roof construction.
The walls are nearly all roughcast. The 2 storey west end is probably late
C17 or early C18 built of brick and wood casements to both floors, band between.
Gabled bracket hood to doorway. Large central brick chimney stack on ridge.
The lower southern part with roughcast brick buttresses to the eaves may well
incorporate timber framing of C16/C17.
