Shop, now office. c.1905. By Grayson and Ould. Roughcast
on brick base, tile roof. 2 storeys with attic, 2 bays.
Ground floor has timber Tuscan pilastrade with fluted flat
pilasters. 2 bowed small-paned shop windows and central
pedimented entrance, door is half-glazed with small-paned
light. 1st floor windows have dripmoulds and architraves,
3-light leaded casements. Similar 2-light attic window
under large gable. Right return has elaborate wrought iron
bracket to rear angle; rear stack. Left return joins this
item to Nos. 13 to 31 (q.v.).
