Cottage. Dated 1770. Coursed ironstone rubble, artificial stone slate roof,
brick end stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. 2-light C20 casement
windows, those to ground floor with timber lintels. Quoins. Datestone inscribed
WD/1770 in right gable. Entrance to rear. Interior not inspected.
