House. c.1840. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof, 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays 1st floor sill band, frieze
and cornice, over 1st floor and top frieze. 1st bay has
stuccoed 2-storey canted bay window, 3rd bay has projecting
ground floor window with angle pilasters, frieze, cornice
and tripartite sash. 2 windows to 1st floor have eared
architraves. 1st bay has 2nd floor tripartite sash. All
windows are sashed, no glazing bars. Entrance has Ionic
porch. Iron 1st floor balconies to 1st and 3rd bays; iron
railings to area and steps have decorative heads.
