Includes No. 19 Percy Street. 2 houses. 1830s. Stucco with
slate roof. 3 storeys with basement, 5 x 3 bays. Basement
lintel band; 1st floor has sill band, and frieze and cornice
over; top cornice; rusticated quoins to angles. 3-bay centre
breaks forward with channelled rustication to ground floor,
1st floor sill course; angle pilasters to 1st and 2nd
floors; central bay breaks further forward, with no
rustication to 1st floor and angle pilasters. Windows are
mostly sashed with glazing bars. Entrance has panelled
pilasters; consoled cornice; complete overlight (door
boarded, 1984). Iron railings to area and steps have arrow
heads. End 2 bays form return to No.19 Percy Street which
has central enclosed porch with channelled rustication, and
cornice and entrance with consoled cornice, bay above breaks
forward with angle pilasters, and top gable with stack.
