Former vicarage. Dated 1769, extended early C19. Red brick in Flemish
bond, hipped slate roof, brick lateral and internal stacks. 2-unit central
staircase plan. 2-storey, 3-window range extended 1 bay to right. Main
front faces garden to S and has part-glazed door formerly central, wood
surround with fluted Tuscan pilasters, entablature and pediment, 12-pane
sash windows to ground and 1st floors with segmental-arched heads.
Ironstone plinth, brick storey band and dentilled brick eaves. Rainwater
head to right dated 1769.
2-storey, 1-window extension to right has pair of 12-pane sashes to ground
floor and tripartite sash to 1st floor, all with segmental-arched heads.
Interior noted as having open well staircase with column-on-vase balusters.
