Pair of houses. Early C18. Brick with Swithland slate roofs. 2 storeyed,
the 2 houses form an L-shaped block with number 2 in the rear wing. Elevation
to street has central doorway and 2 light casement window renewed in original
opening to its left. Beyond the door the right hand section is a later
additional re-build, also with a 3 light casement window. Brick sill band to
left hand bay only but continuous moulded eaves cornice. Coped gable to left
hand side only. In the gable, a high rubble plinth and blocked upper window.
Brick sill band continues across the gable and then runs the length of the

later bay beyond with 3 light casement window on each floor incorporates the
remainder of an earlier building with partial granite rubble wall. Gable
