Angel topped headstone of less accomplished artistry than most of the Vale of Belvoir series, but nevertheless worthy of note. -Here lieth the body of John Guttridge of Thorpe Acre who departed this life 12th Oct 1720 in the 26th year of his age-. Verse -Grieve not for me my Glass is run/ It is the Lord his will be done-. (Photo Apr 2015).
