House, early C19, of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, Collyweston stone slate
roof and left hand end and right hand ridge stacks. Two storeys and attics. Garden
front 1-3-1, with projecting gables to either side. Central block has band between
storeys, and eaves carried on delicate brackets. Ground floor has 2 doors with
moulded architraves, that to the right blocked. 1st floor has a central niche
flanked by 12-pane sash windows all with moulded architraves. Two semi-circular
casement dormers with glazing bars. Projections at either end have full-length
16-pane sash windows within moulded architraves with cambered heads to ground floor,
full-length casement windows with glazing bars opening onto balconies to 1st floor,
a band above and semi-circular gable windows. Wing to rear probably C18 in origin.
