Cottage, probably late C18. Ironstone rubble with thatched roof, and
brick stacks, and some timbering visible: the ends of internal cross
beams. 1½ storeys, with a single dormer and new attic windows in gable
end. 3-unit plan, with 2 casement windows with flat lintels, and a new
window in an old doorway which had large quoining and was a baffle entry.
Stacks to either side of this door, are in the right hand gable.
