Farmhouse, of 3 builds, the earliest part being late C17, added to in late
C18 and C19. The main facade has 3 distinct sections: to the left a
single hipped stone bay of 2 storeys with stone tiled roof and 9 and 12-light
sash windows. Right of this, the C17 section, ironstone with some ashlar
quoins and dressings, and stone tiled roof. Double-height canted bay
window with moulded stone architrave and mullions, and right of this a
6-panelled door in canopied wood porch on slender turned columns, Stack on
left hand gable. Beyond this, a taller C18 addition of 3 bays, coursed
rubble but with new roof. 3 bays with 16-light sashes with flat timber
lintels to ground floor, 2 20-light sashes above, and 2 dormers. Right
hand gable and central stacks. Angle quoins.
The rear has been faced and extended in the C19 in brick.
