Early C19 comer house of 2-storeys and basement, in red brick
with slate roof, 1 window with hung sashes, flush wood frame.
4-panel door with rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. 3
steps with simple wrought iron handrails. Scraper. Stone plinth.
Church Elevation - Door with ornamental fanlight. 3 windows,
flat arch, glazing bars, and 3-light 2-storey bay window.
Nos 1 to 3 (consec) form a group with Nos 35 and 37, the Market
Cross and Stocks, Market Place.
