Cottage of c1700. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and Collyweston slate roof with brick central ridge and right end chimney stacks. Stone coped gables. Gable facing, front to left. 1½ storeys of three 2-light hipped dormer windows over two 2-light casement windows and central C20 stone porch with glazed sides. (Photo Feb 2013).
