House, incorporating shop. Dated 1734 AA on rainwater head, but probably earlier
origin. Of ashlar with plain tile roof and brick west end stack. Two storeys.
Ground floor has C19 double-fronted shop. First floor has 2 6/6 sash windows in
raised architraves with segmental heads and keystones. Cornice and parapet.
