stone with granite ground floor and slate roof. 3 storeys
and attic. 1 bay to Prescot Street, canted corner bay and 5
bays to Moss Street. Ground floor has round headed windows
with triple keystones; corner bay has entrance flanked by
Ionic columns, and cornice. Ground floor windows have
casements, others are sashed with glazing bars. Upper 2
storeys to corner bay are framed by giant Ionic columns,
with a round eye above a window with broken pediment and
balustraded balcony. Moss Street facade has 1st floor
windows with eared architraves, triple keystones and
cornices, the central window has open pediment. 2nd floor
paired windows with Tuscan colonnettes. Attic on mansard
roof has alternating segmental and triangular pediments.
Octagonal corner tower with swags, upper stage has round-
arched openings with triple keystones and convex balustraded
balconies between sided cornice and stone cupola with urn.
Prescot Street facade has a Venetian window on 1st floor.
