Vicarage. c1869. Probably also by Street. Common brick with red brick and stone dressings, slate roof. Two storeys with attic and four bays, first bay projects under gable, second bay breaks forward under lean-to roof sloping to right. End bay has gable. First floor sill band. Gables have tumbled-in brickwork and stone coping. Varied fenestration, mostly tripartite and four-light sashes, no glazing bars. Stone lintels and brick relieving arches. No first bay, first floor window but pointed relieving arch. Pointed arched entrance. Hipped roof dormer to second bay, three tall panelled stacks. Return to Princes Road of three bays, two first floor windows have pointed relieving arches with chequer-work tympana. Central gabled dormer.
