Farmhouse, now house. Dated 1721 on lintel of former doorway; altered, and
former barn to left now incorporated in house. Coursed squared sandstone with
quoins, slate roof. Two-bay end-baffle-entry plan. Two storeys; former
doorway at left end (adjoining modern porch into altered barn) altered as
3-light chamfered mullion window, the lintel lettered in relief EP
WP 1721; to
the right at ground floor two 3-light chamfered mullion windows with straight
dripstones, and at 1st floor a similar 3-light window to the right and an
altered horizontal rectangular window to the left. Rear has chamfered mullion
windows of 3 and 4 lights at ground floor with straight dripstones, two
3-light casements above. Interior not inspected. Altered barn at left end
not included in the item.
