Farmhouse, now house. Dated 1710 on lintel but probably earlier with porch
added at that date; recently renovated. Mostly sandstone random rubble with
quoins, stone slate roof. Three-bay baffle-entry plan with added porch in
line with ridge chimney at junction of 1st and 2nd bays, added rear outshut to
left end. Two storeys; wide 2-storey gabled porch of squared sandstone has
doorway offset right with moulded surround and shaped lintel lettered H ;

all windows now have concrete surrounds and mullions imitating C17
double-chamfered windows: 3 lights at 1st floor of porch, three of 3 lights at
ground floor and two of 2 lights above; in left gable 3 and 4 at ground floor
and one of 3 lights above; in right gable 4 lights at ground floor and 3
lights above; and at rear two of 3 lights at ground floor and one of 2 lights
above. Interior: housepart in middle bay believed to contain inglenook with
shouldered stone heck and stop-chamfered bressummer, 2-light firewindow (now
internal); and 2 large longitudinal beams.
