House, 1698, altered. Rendered rubble with slate roof. 3-cell plan.
2 storeys. The 2 right-hand cells, of one bay each, have windows with
double-chamfered surrounds. The left-hand window now has 2 square
mullions. The right-hand window, formerly of 4 lights, now has a
central mullion remaining and has a hood. On the 1st floor the
left-hand one has no mullions: the right-hand one is of 3 lights.
The door, between bays, has a plain stone surround and a hood of
2 pitched stone slates. The left-hand cell has one window on the ground
floor and 2 on the 1st floor, all with plain reveals. At the left is a
door with plain stone surround under a modern glazed porch. Chimneys
on left-hand gable and to right of left-hand cell. Part of the rear
(north) wall is covered by an outshut, which has a one-light chamfered
window on each floor of its west wall. Interior. The east room has a
shouldered stone fireplace. Above is a plaster panel with '1698' in
raised numbers.
