House, early C19th. Pebbledashed rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys, with
cellars to rear. 3 bays. Windows sashed with glazing bars and plain
stone surrounds. Door in plain stone surround between bays 2 and 3. Gable
stacks and copings, with 3rd stack between bays 1 and 2. Left-hand gable
faces lane, with a sashed window in plain stone surround on each floor,
and a doorway with plain reveals. Rear wall faces canal. Left-hand end
has sashed window with glazing bars and plain stone surround on each floor.
In the centre is a 2-storey wooden bay window. To the right is a modern
window with a sashed window in plain stone surround above. At cellar
level there is a doorway with plain reveals.
