(Formerly listed as The Croft)

GV II

House, 1680, altered. Sandstone rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
1st floor windows of 6 lights, rebated and chamfered with mullions and
transoms. The ground floor windows are of 3 lights with plain stone surrounds
and square mullions. To the right on the 1st floor is a blocked one-light
chamfered window. To the right on the ground floor is another blocked window.
The 2 paired central doorways, altered from a single doorway when the house
was divided into cottages, have plain stone surrounds. The left-hand one has
a lintel inscribed 'RIE 1680'. End chimneys. The left-hand gable has a
coping.
