Office block. 1901 W. Aubrey Thomas. Stone, with horizontal bands of red and orange stone. Ground floor has four shop fronts and door to No 87. Four storeys and attics above. Three large segmental arches with foliated caps to engaged columns frame three storeys, the middle one recessed in reverse bay, all containing stone mullioned and transomed windows. Fourth floor has 4:5:3 pointed arched lancets. Four octagonal turrets, panelled and trefoiled, punctuate the facade. The design recalls Siena Cathedral.
