Farmhouse. Early C17, extended during C18, C20 alterations. Sandstone
rubble, stone slate roof. Early C17 house of rectangular plan aligned
north-west/south-east with later addition to north-east forming T-plan.
Main lateral stack enclosed by later addition, central entrance to later
addition with gable entry to earlier house. Two storeys with attic to
earlier house, single storey later addition; south-east front: gable
end of C17 wing to left with 5-light diamond mullioned wooden framed
window with stone label in attic, C20 windows below. Single storey later
addition to right with one C20 window to left and two to right of ledged
door with square light. Interior of main house retains plank-and-muntin
panelled partition with shaped doorhead.
