SO 33 SE DULAS CP -

4/17 Lower Cefn Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Possibly C17, altered late C18, minor C20 alterations. Sandstone
rubble, corrugated asbestos roof (formerly stone slate). Aligned east/west
with central cross-wing; former through-passage, main axial stack and further
gable-end stacks, later minor lean-to additions. Single storey and attic;
north-west front, lean-to to left of gable end of cross-wing, 2-light case-
ment window, lean-to porch with inner ledged door and minor lateral stack
with bread oven and 2-light C20 window to right. Interior inaccessible but
probably retains chamfered ceiling beams in main room mentioned by RCHM.
