House. Mid C18. Coursed squared limestone with gritstone dressings and
rusticated quoins. Plinth, continuous plain sill bands and bands linking lintels
to ground and first floor and moulded eaves cornice. Steeply pitched C20
concrete tile roof and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Stone gable
end stacks with plain banding. Central pedimented Doric pilastered doorcase with raised
and fielded panelled door. To either side 3-light square sectioned mullion
windows. Two similar over with two more above to eaves. All fenestration C20
leaded lights. Chamfered mullion and transom cross stair window to rear.
Good contemporary dog-legged staircase with turned balusters and moulded hand rail.
Attached to front rubble walls with flat copings, topped by iron railings to north.
Two central square gate piers with pyramidal copings.
