Shops and flat, mid to late C17, timber framed and plastered with gabled peg
tile roof, partly in 2 parallel ranges, with gabled return at S end of rear.
Front has central C19 red brick stack, 4 double hung sashes on first floor,
with moulded surrounds and small panes. Plaster is partly ashlared and 2
modern shopfronts. Interior reveals timber framing and crosswing-like structure
at S end. Graded primarily for group value. RCHM 18.
