Farmhouse, now house. Late C18 but incorporating earlier
work. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone
slate roof. 3-bay 3-storey house with lean-to against right
gable. Quoins. Bay 2 incorporates the earlier work: bay 3
was added later; and bay 1 later still. Dressed door
surround in bay 2 and a window. Door inserted within a
former 6-light mullion window in bay 3 which has a 6-light
first floor window and two blocked 3-light second floor
windows. Bay 1 has 5-light windows on each floor. All
windows have recessed flat-faced stone mullions. 2 ridge
chimney stacks. Blocked doors to left and rear. 2 and 3-
light gable windows and a 3-light flat-faced stone mullion
window to rear hewn out of a single piece of stone.
