House, formerly toll bar cottage. Early C19. Dressed stone with slate roof and brick stack. Small one storey house with canted end and lean-to to right. Door with arched square-cut stone surround and overlight is flanked on the canted sides by similarly dressed and arched window openings with C20 casements. Hipped roof.
