Spa Saloon

Spa saloon building, now house. Circa 1838 for Jonathan Richardson. Coursed squared
sandstone with ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof. One storey, 3 bays. Central
half-glazed panelled double door under 4-pane overlight in raised stone surround with
label mould; similar treatment to flanking stone-mullioned 2-light casements with
glazing bars. Corner pilasters support wide eaves. Low-pitched roof with side eaves
has rear square stone chimney.
