House, at one time the police house. 1851 on porch. Timber-
framed with graduated stone slate roof. T-shaped plan with
3 bays, 2 storeys and a 2-storey porch to right return.
Gabled porch between bays 1 and 2 with enriched barge board
and finial. 3-light diamond timber mullion and transom
window to right, similar but altered to left. Gabled dormer
in bay 2. Bay 3 projects as a crosswing with 4-light mullion
window (with transom on ground floor) on each floor. C17-
style 2-storey porch to right with jettied first floor on
scroll brackets. Gables to rear of bays 1 and 2. Clustered
brick chimney stack.
