Former Lodge to Hilton Hall. Mid C19. Cottage orneé style. Cross-gabled, with
barge-boards and finials. Painted brick. 1½ storeys. One transom and mullion
wooden casement window on each side. Bay window with fishscale pentice roof.
C20 square leanto porch of wood and glass in angle between front gable and the
Turret which rises between this and next gable and is surmounted by remains of
bellcote. Coat of arms in square panel. Stone gatepost with octagonal capping
and railings with dog rails to them.
