Terrace house. c. 1770. Multi-coloured stock brick, slate roof.
4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 2 windows wide. Early to
mid C20 stone Doric doorcase to right. Revealed casement windows
under flat gauged red brick arches with painted red brick dressings.
Stone cornice over 2nd floor, parapet with coping. Early C19 cast
iron balcony to 1st floor. Original lead rainwater head. Cast iron
area railings with urn finials. Interior altered early C20 but
retains c. 1800 staircase with acanthus waisted square section
balusters and apsed end, lift inserted in well.
